iCP-Desk · Report building & review
Send it to the iCP-Desk.
Upload your photos or the list you already have. Our AI Optimizer builds the report, then a person on the iCP-Desk reviews and validates every line by hand — and hands back a complete, carrier-grade contents report.
SLAs available
Upload
Photos, an Excel or CSV list, a handwritten list, or a pack-out PDF.
Builds the report
Every item described and priced, with a confidence score attached.
Reviews every line
A person works the report top to bottom, correcting and noting as they go.
Approve and export
Notes come back item by item. Approve and export when you’re satisfied.
Every line reviewed by a person
Not a spot check. Not a sample. Every line item on the report.
Image matches the item
Every photo is checked against the description sitting on its line. A mislabelled item is the fastest way to lose credibility with a carrier — and the easiest thing to miss when nobody looks.
Replacement confirmed
Right make, right model, right size, with a live source behind it. Like kind and quality has to survive the desk adjuster reading it, not just the software that found it.
ACV and RCV verified
Pricing, age, condition and the depreciation that falls out of them, re-checked before the report goes anywhere. Quantities, units and rounding included.
A second set of eyes that actually reads the file.
Contents is the toughest part of a property claim to close. It is detailed, it is emotional for the insured, and it comes back from the carrier over the smallest inconsistencies. The iCP-Desk exists to take those inconsistencies out before anyone else finds them.
- Image against item. The photo on the line is the item on the line.
- Replacement source. Correct make, model and size, with a working link.
- ACV and RCV logic. Pricing, age and condition, and the depreciation they produce.
- Quantities, units and rounding. The arithmetic a carrier will redo.
- Brand and model completeness. Blanks filled in where the evidence supports it.
- Duplicates. The same item captured twice from two angles, caught and merged.
- Low-confidence items. Anything the AI scored low gets a human decision, not a guess.
- Description consistency. The same item described the same way room to room.
Four steps, and you only do two of them.
No new software to learn and no change to how you capture. Send a report you already have, or start one here.
Submit the report
Send an existing iContentsPro report, or upload photos, a list or a pack-out PDF and we’ll build it first.
AI Optimizer builds
Each item is described, priced and scored for confidence, so the reviewer starts from a complete draft.
iCP-Desk reviews
A person works the report line by line, correcting what is wrong and leaving a note on what they changed.
Approve and export
Results land back in your iContentsPro workflow. Review the notes, approve, and export.
What comes back
A complete, carrier-grade contents report.
Validated line by line, with a note on every item the desk touched, so you can see exactly what changed and why before you send it on.
One number. No tiers to decode.

Anyone who has to defend the number.
Public adjusters
You are going to be asked to justify every line. Go into that conversation knowing someone already checked each one.
Carriers and TPAs
Consistent, validated contents reports arriving in the same shape every time, without adding headcount to the desk.
Restoration and contents pros
Get the inventory off your plate and back in a form the adjuster will accept the first time, so you can get paid and move on.
The things people ask first.
How long does a review take?
One to two business days is standard. Priority SLAs are available if you are working against a deadline — tell us the date you need it and we will confirm before we start.
Does the iCP-Desk handle total losses?
Yes — that is where it saves the most time. Send photos from before the loss, a list in any shape, or a pack-out PDF. See total loss contents inventory.
Do I have to build the report in iContentsPro first?
No. Send photos, an Excel or CSV list, a handwritten list, or your pack-out company’s PDF, and the AI Optimizer builds the report before the iCP-Desk reviews it. If you already have an iContentsPro report, just submit it.
Do I see what was changed?
Yes. Every item the desk touched comes back with a note saying what changed and why. Nothing is corrected silently — you approve the report before it goes anywhere.
What if I disagree with a correction?
The report is yours. Notes are recommendations at the item level; you can accept, override, or send the item back. Nothing is submitted on your behalf.
Is it really every line, or a sample?
Every line. Quality programs in this industry normally audit a percentage of a file. The iCP-Desk reviews all of it, which is why the price is quoted per line item rather than per claim.
